CEO Development
I was Vistage chair for over 18 years- 2006-2024.
Vistage is dedicated to increasing the efectiveness and enhancing the lives of chief executives.
Vistage's 50,000 plus members in 16 countries are CEOs, senior executives and business owners working together for better business results.
Members participate in monthly, professionally facilitated, private group meetings, led by Vistage Chairs. Members also have access to one-to-one executive coaching, expert speakers and our global network of business leaders.
Founded in 1957 and headquartered in the United States, the first Australian Vistage group began in Sydney in 1986.
Strategy

A workshop based approach to strategy and implementation ensures that the senior team develop and own both the strategy and its implementation.
Firstly ensuring all participants understand the enterprises situation properly and clearly articulate the strategic issues(s)
Next we drive agreement on where to play and how to win in the market place and finally the strategy is used to develop the tactics to begin implementation.
We conclude with a clear understanding of who is to do what by when and exactly what the reporting cycle is.
