I work with founders, CEOs and their senior team assisting them build outstanding enterprises, maximising business value.

 

I founded Management Abroad in 1992 and my specialty is working with founders who have successfully grown their business to a tipping point.

 

The biggest challenge and opportunity is now growing and empowering a dynamic leadership team.

 

I developed the Momentum Program to give founders, CEOs and their teams a framework for successfully maximising the value of their enterprise, bringing the senior team together with a shared strategic focus.

I was a Vistage Chair from 2006-2024 and in those 18 years  have mentored well over 100 CEOs in two CE groups.

​

As an Advisory Board Chair I engage deeply with the senior executive team delivering the Momentum Program to create the focus and enthusiasm around achieving a common goal - all of which is designed to help CEOs and their teams maximise the businesses value.

 

One of my fundamental beliefs is that creating superior value requires the leadership to engage and inspire the team around a common higher purpose which focuses on serving the customer.  Underpinning this is creation of psychological safety for all concerned- as it is only when people feel safe that they are able to contribute their best.

I welcome connections from CEOs and business leaders/owners who are at the point where they need to grow and empower their Senior Team and realise the value that comes from having  TEAM rather than being the sole decision maker.
